Hello friend, 

We all have those moments when grabbing a chocolate chip cookie feels like the perfect solution. That first bite can bring a quick wave of comfort but is it really nourishing your soul? For me, the answer is no. It doesn’t align with my health goals, so I’m choosing to make a different decision.

A cookie might give you a quick burst of pleasure, but it’s a fleeting fix. It won’t fill you with the lasting joy and peace that come from connecting with a loved one or spending time in nature. True abundance comes from actions that nourish us from the inside out, not just from the outside in. 

That’s where your Abundance Score comes in. It’s all about noticing those little golden moments and gently guiding yourself toward more of them.

Let’s take a quick moment to check in. Ask yourself: 


“How full do I feel in my life right now?” 

Now, give yourself a number between 0 and 10 based on how abundant you feel at that very moment. Maybe you’re feeling calm and joyful, or maybe today feels a little heavy. That’s okay, this number is just a gentle snapshot of where you are right now. 

Now here’s the fun part: 


🎯 Your goal isn’t to leap to a 10 overnight. It’s just 1% better than yesterday. That’s a tiny, gentle step, not a giant jump. 

👉 For example: 


If today you feel like a 5, don’t worry about getting to an 8. Just aim for a 5.1. That might mean doing one small thing from your personal list—like taking a short walk, calling a friend, or listening to a favorite song. 

Little by little, those small, golden steps add up, helping you move toward a life of greater abundance.

  • 🧹 Declutter a small space – Even one drawer can make a difference. 

  • 📞 Call a friend – A quick chat can lift your spirits. 

  • 🐶 Hug your pet or a loved one – A hug is a tiny, powerful burst of love. 

  • 🌱 Do some gardening – Get your hands in the dirt and feel grounded. 

  • 🎵 Listen to music – Let the rhythm shift your mood.
