Hello Friends,

Let’s talk about something simple yet powerful: the magic of a daily mantra. 

You’ve probably seen or heard of mala beads—those beautiful strings of 108 beads used in meditation. Each bead represents a repetition of a mantra, a sacred phrase or affirmation that helps center your mind and align your energy. But here’s the thing: you don’t need beads to tap into this magic. 

You can say your mantra out loud, whisper it in your heart, or even write it down—108 times like the malas, or your favorite number of times. (Yes, 3, 11, or 44 totally count!) The key is consistency and intention. 

Here are two of my favorite mantras that I invite you to try today: 

🧘‍♀️ “Rest your mind knowing all that you want is on its way"

Let this one be your gentle reminder that the universe is already working behind the scenes. You don’t have to hustle every second. Breathe. Trust. Receive. 

💛 “In loving me, abundance flows.” 

This one is a heart-opener. When you love yourself deeply, you naturally attract more love, joy, and yes—abundance. It’s not selfish. It’s magnetic.
